MIRA TECHNOLOGY PARK

Swanvale has led the design, planning and delivery of the new MIRA Technology Park masterplan since its inception in 2010.Enterprise Zone status and public funding of £25m was secured in 2013 and the development established MIRA as one of the UK’s leading EZs. Project delivery has included major highways and power infrastructure upgrades to service the estate as well as the planning consent for 1.75m sqft.The first phases of the Technology Park have been successfully constructed and the proposed development has grown to over 3.5m sqft and now includes a major manufacturing site.
